Overview
Unity is a software defined networking platform specifically designed for IT MSP's to manage their client networks at scale. Unity provides a service to organise, document, design and manage the following aspects relevant to an outsourced IT MSP managing multiple clients and sites;

- The company who's IT is being managed by the MSP

- Actual physical infrastructures
 - A client can have multiple sites (typically offices or virtual infrastructure)

- The Badjr is the networking device which manage's the site's infrastructure
 - It is responsible for actioning, reporting and facilitating all the configuration entered into Unity
 
 - Onsite Devices
- Which are servers, workstations, voip phones etc
 - Any IP devices requiring monitoring and/or remote access
 - A site can have multiple onsite devices
 
 - Onsite Services
- Services provided by the onsite devices such as RDP, Web Admin Interfaces, SSH etc
 - An onsite device can have multiple services assigned to it
 
 - Partner Profile
- All the MSP's details and settings which apply to all clients and sites
 
 - Suppliers
- An MSP has multiple suppliers
 - Supplier information includes typical Contacts, Account Details and Supplier Portals
 
 - Supplier Portals
- The links and descriptions for supplier portals for reseller services provided to the clients
